Mrs. Lionetti
Executive Director

A southern California native and long time Orange County resident, Mrs. Lionetti received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from University of California, Santa Barbara. She went on to obtain her teaching credential from California State University, Bakersfield and Masters in Educational Administration from Concordia University. With over 15 years of experience in education, Mrs. Lionetti has a strong foundation in elementary education. She has worked at a variety of schools in a number of settings with diverse populations of students and has taught Kindergarten through 5th grade. In 2016, she took a leap of faith and dedicated herself to opening Huntington Beach City School District’s first charter school, Kinetic Academy.
"I wish I would have had the opportunity to attend a school that offers what Kinetic offers to our students," Mrs. Lionetti. She believes that all students should receive a quality education that gives them multiple opportunities to excel, which is exactly what Kinetic Academy strives to do.
In her spare time, Mrs. Lionetti enjoys spending time with her family, friends, husband and their dog, Sammie.
Mrs. George
Special Education

Mrs. George received her General Education Credential, Special Education Credential and Master’s Degree in Special Education from Chapman University. She also received a Master’S Degree in Educational Administration from The George Washington University. She has taught in many educational settings; General Education, Inclusion Model, Learning Center Model, Special Day Class and Non -Public Schools, ranging from k-12+ grades. She has over 15 years of experience and loves finding ways to help educate students who are struggling. In her spare time, she enjoys watching/playing sports, baking and doing crafts with her 2 kids. She grew up in Huntington Beach and loves being a part of our KA Family!
Mrs. Breeze

A Washington State native, Mrs. Breeze graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Tourism Management and a Minor in Dance Education and Ensemble. She has worked at both Charter and Private schools in Northern and Southern California and is happy to be a part of Kinetic's inaugural staff. Mrs. Breeze is passionate about the Performing Arts and loves to travel and spend time with her Daughter, Husband and two Mini Poodles.
Mrs. Hadley
Middle School Teacher

A Southern California native, Mrs. Hadley graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Theater Arts, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, Single Subject Teaching credentials in General Science and Biology, and a CTE credential in Arts, Media, and Entertainment. She believes in being the change you wish to see in the world and always including and elevating those around her. Mrs. Hadley’s passions, other than teaching, include acting and directing on stage and at renaissance fairs, training dogs (including her own service dog, Sirius Black), camping, and spending time with her other fur baby, Mochi, her fiance, family, and friends.
Mrs. Rierson

Mrs. Rierson is proud to have been part of the Kinetic Academy (KA) inaugural staff. She loves the vision and mission of KA. Her goal is to educate the whole child, so she focuses on strong academics, social competence, and character development. While at Kinetic, she has developed a comprehensive 5th grade program that includes extra-curriculars such as an over-night science camp, Student Council, and Yearbook Club. Mrs. Rierson earned her B.A. in English as well as her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential through UC Irvine. In recent years, she has received training in Project Based Learning, Responsive Classroom, and Units of Study for Reading and Writing through Columbia University.
Ms. Nguyen
4th Grade Teacher

Ms. Nguyen’s love of helping others learn started as a teenager, tutoring her nieces and nephews. She now has 12 nieces and nephews that she enjoys spending time with! They conduct experiments, bake, do puzzles, have movie nights, play games, and make crafts. Ms. Nguyen received her B.A. in Liberal Studies from the California State University of Monterey Bay, where she graduated with honors. She obtained her M.A. and teaching credential from the University of California, Irvine. There, she received the President’s Educator Fellowship which supports teachers that demonstrate a strong commitment to making a difference in the lives of students from low-income families. Ms. Nguyen loves to learn and aspires to foster that love for learning in her students. In her free time, she enjoys reading at the beach, gardening, playing board games, exploring new places, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Maddie.
Mrs. Clingan

Mrs. Clingan graduated from Whitman College with her BA in English Literature and the University of Southern California with her MAT in Elementary Education. She has worked with students in a variety of grade levels and is so excited to be joining the Kinetic Academy Team!! In her free time, she loves hiking, reading, and spending time with friends, family, and her two cats, Scout and Atticus.
Ms. Schall

Ms. Schall is so excited to be joining the Kinetic Academy team. She is a southern California native, born and raised in Long Beach. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development from Cal State Long Beach and Masters in Education from Claremont Graduate University. Ms. Schall loves going to the beach, camping and enjoying the outdoors with her family. Snowboarding, mountain biking and waterskiing are a few of her favorite things to do.

This is Ms. Brown's 5th year teaching 1st grade at Kinetic Academy. She has enjoyed watching the school grow to where it is today. She received her Bachelor's Degree from Long Beach State. She has two children and loves to hike, go to soccer games and play games with her children.
Mrs. Gennawey

Mrs. Gennawey is so thankful to be teaching Kindergarten at Kinetic Academy! She is a New Jersey native and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education along with a Language Arts Middle School credential from Montclair State University. Montclair State is one of the most highly distinguished teacher preparation programs in the country. In her free time, she loves spending time at the beach with her husband Michael, daughter Kinsley, and son Vincent. Some of her favorite things are coffee, sushi, and glitter!
Mrs. Roy

Mrs.Roy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Design from the University of California, Los Angeles. She continued on to obtain her teaching credential and took her first teaching position in the Los Angeles Unified School District. Mrs.Roy has taught kindergarten, 2nd and 4th grades.
Ms. Boone
Spanish Teacher

Originally from Nashville, TN, Ms. Boone graduated from Lipscomb University with a B.A in Spanish and Education. She has experience teaching Spanish at the middle school level, English as a Second Language and Brazilian Portuguese. She has traveled extensively in Europe, Latin America and the U.S. teaching Brazilian dance and has managed her own dance business for the past five years. She is returning to the classroom to inspire in KA’s students a love of the Spanish language and the cultures of its speakers. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys partner dancing, gardening, and checking off more destinations on her travel bucket list.

Sammie Lionetti has been part of Kinetic Academy since opening in 2016! He loves to interact with students, parents and staff and make sure we know when deliveries have arrived. His favorite things to do while onsite, is greet students at the gate, Walk & Talk in the morning, have students read to him in the office and visit classrooms.

Mrs. Cambare graduated from California State University of Long Beach in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a CLAD emphasis.
Ms. Moeller
Middle School Principal

Ms. Moeller is thrilled to join the Kinetic family this year! A Southern California native, she has resided in both Los Angeles and Orange County, and is presently a part of the Huntington Beach community. Ms. Moeller previously taught 4th-6th grades in our neighboring Fountain Valley School district, and also served as a K-8 Instructional Coach while supporting teachers in professional development across the areas of Reading/Writing workshop and CGI Math. Most recently, she was an Assistant Principal at Sowers Middle School in HBCSD and last year, oversaw the first TK-8 Virtual Learning program. A lifelong learner with a passion for teaching and learning, her belief that all children can succeed is fueled by collaborating to spark children’s curiosities and passions, and a desire to build a culture of care and innovative mindsets across the learning community. In her spare time, she loves to spend time at the beach with her children, hiking, yoga, and any outdoor activity.

Meet Mrs. Bradfield, a Southern California native, she is elated to join the Kinetic Team. Mrs. Bradfield enjoys supporting the day-to-day administrative functions, is well versed, meticulous, task driven and a dedicated individual. She has proven talent and efficiency for aligning business objectives with comprehensive knowledge to achieve maximum operational impacts. Mrs. Bradfield has a strong passion in helping others, along with assisting families, students, teachers and staff with the utmost commitment, and professionalism. She has lived in the Newport Beach area for over 25 years with her husband Jerry and son Brody and enjoys the beach, bike rides and boating with family and friends.
Mrs.Hersh

Mrs. Hersh is excited to be apart of Kinetic Academy. She lives in Huntington Beach (born and raised) and graduated from California State University Dominguez Hills, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. For the past few years, she has worked in the Fountain Valley School District as a substitute teacher and enjoys working in an educational setting. Outside of work, her hobbies include camping and cooking with her husband and two daughters.
Ms. Jackson
5th Grade Teacher

Ms. Jackson loves teaching fifth grade at Kinetic Academy! She received her B.A. in World Arts and Culture from UCLA. Itching to live abroad, she earned the certifications to teach English as a Second Language and moved to Yamaguchi-Ken, Japan where she taught students of all ages. This experience inspired Ms. Jackson to become a teacher back home in California where she earned her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with EL authorization from Vanguard University. Ms. Jackson is passionate about teaching the whole child, with an emphasis on high academic performance, ethical behavior, responsibility, and respect. In her classroom, thinking outside of the box is encouraged! A fun fact about Ms. Jackson is that she grew up in a Temecula charter school forged by her parents. In her free time, she consumes too much sparkling water and enjoys the theater.

Mrs. Cattau graduated from California State University, Northridge, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. She has experience teaching preschool, 4th, and 5th grade. Mrs. Cattau also enjoys camping, hiking, and yoga.

Miss Henley, a Chicago native, recently moved to Orange County to explore the west coast and enjoy life by the beach! She received her bachelors degree in elementary education at Michigan State University and her masters degree in special education - severe and multiple disabilities at the University of Arizona. Miss Henley currently holds a multiple subject teaching credential as well as an educational specialist credential. During her free time, Miss Henley loves going to the beach, working out at her cycle studio and spending time with family and friends. She is very excited to join the Kinetic Academy team and cannot wait to start the school year!
Mrs. Snodgrass

This is Mrs. Snodgrass' second year at Kinetic Academy. She received her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and her teaching credential from Cal State Channel Islands. When she is not teaching, Mrs. Snodgrass enjoys reading, baking and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to be joining the 1st grade team and is ready to have an awesome year!

Miss Lane, an Orange County native, received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies, Master of Public Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources, and her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential all from California State University, Fullerton. Miss Lane has worked with all elementary school grade levels and really enjoys a hands-on learning approach. When she is not in the classroom she enjoys practicing hot yoga, traveling, watching HGTV, and spending valuable time with her loved ones and two fur babies.
Ms. Cooper

Ms. Cooper is excited to join the Kinetic team this school year! She graduated with her BA in Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach and received her Multiple Subject Credential from California State University, Channel Islands. She has been teaching the preschool, TK, and kindergarten age groups for 4 years. Her favorite part about working with younger students is being able to watch her students grow socially, academically, and physically throughout the year. Outside of school, you can find Ms. Cooper doing anything outdoors and social! Her favorite activities include going for runs on the boardwalk, bonfires with friends, and playing any kind of competitive group game, like trivia or cornhole!
Mrs. Milano

Coach Milano is our Physical Education teacher. She is originally from Rhode Island, where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. In 2013, she moved to the golden state and made Huntington Beach her new home. She received her California credentials in K-12 physical education and health education. She began teaching P.E. at Kinetic Academy in the fall of 2016. She spends her free time being active outdoors with Mr. Milano and their dog Lucky.

Mrs. Warren graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a bachelor degree in Liberal Studies. She continued her studies at CSULB and obtained a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential. Mrs. Warren enjoys reading, music and spending time with her husband and three kids at the beach.
